5.2 Display Messages
The printer displays several differ ent types of in for mation (if n ot in the menu system or Quick Test Mode):
 User Prompts and Con dition Messages (also see Section 5.1.1 for a listing of the Enter/Exit Prompts)
 Applicati on and Boot Loader Updatin g Messages (see Section 6. 8)
 Fault a nd Warn i ng Messages (see Section 7. 1)

User Prompts alert th e operator to a required action. Condition Messages ar e used to indicate an operational state.
