

‘Slow Flashin g’ indicates Men u Mode.
‘Fas t Flas hing’ indi cates da ta is bei ng received and p rocessed.

‘O n’ indicates a ‘ Pa used’ c onditi on.

‘Slow Flashing’ indicates a Warning. ‘Fast Flashing’ indicates a Fault. See Section
7.1 for a listing of associated messages.

The dis play provides s everal types of information:
• Following a brief power-u p sequ ence (i nitialization), the ‘Ready’ mess age.
• T he time and da t e, if t he pr int er ha s r eceived it fr om one of the following: t he hos t ,
t he front panel set ting, or the T ime a nd D at e op tion.
• A label counter during a batch print job.
• The Menu System when in Menu Mode.
• Any promp t, condition, downloa ding, wa rning, or faul t message.
