4. 7 Cal ibra t ion Mode – Button Func t ions
In ‘ Calibra tion’ mode, the buttons allow the p rinter to adjust to the media b eing u sed. Calibra tion can be p erf ormed either
a utoma ti c ally or ma nually, as detailed b elow.
Notes: Before cali br at i ng, ensure that t he Print head Carrier Assembl y i s l at c hed down, that t he cover i s closed, and that t he
m edia sensor has been set for the appropriate media ty pe, see Section 4. 5. 2.
