(Soft ware) is pr ot ected by applicable copyright l aws and Li censor retains al l r i ght s not expressly granted. In no event will Licensor or

it s suppl iers be liable for any damages or l oss, incl udi ng direct, i nci dental , econom ic, special , or consequenti al damages, ar isi ng out

of the use or inability to use the Firmware (Software).
