Warranty Service Procedures
If a defec t should oc c ur during t he warr ant y period, the defective u nit shall be retu rned, f reight and insura nc e p repaid, in the
original shipping containers, to Datamax at: 4501 Parkway Commerce Blvd., Orlando, Flor ida , 32808. A Retur n Material
Author iz at ion ( RMA) number must be is sued b ef ore the produ c t c an be retu rned. To op en an RMA please call t he Dat amax
Customer Service Department at [phone]. Please include your RMA number on the outside of the box and on the
shipping document. Include a contact name, action desired, a detailed description of the problem(s), and examples when
possible with the defective unit. Datamax shall not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred in shipping. Any
warranty work to be per formed by Datamax shall be subject to Datamax’s confirmation that such product meets Datamax
warranty. In the event of a defect covered by its warranty, Datamax will return the repaired or replaced product to the
Purchaser a t Data max’s cost.
With respect to a defect in hardware covered by the warranty, the warranty shall continue in effect until the end of the
original wa rranty period, or f or sixty (6 0) days after the rep air or r ep l acement, whichever is later.

Datamax makes no warranty as to the design, capability, capacity or suitability of any of its hardware, supplies, or
softwar e.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Datamax be liable to the purchaser for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits
a r is ing ou t of or r ela ti ng to D a t a ma x ’s produc t s, or t he per f or manc e or a b r ea ch t her eof, even if D a t a max ha s been a dvised
of t he pos sib ilit y t hereof. D a ta ma x’ s lia b ilit y, if a ny, t o the p ur c ha ser or t o the cu s tomer of the pu r cha s er her eunder sha ll in
no ev en t ex ceed the to tal amoun ts pai d to D atamax h ereun d er by the p urch aser f o r a def ectiv e prod uct.
In no event shall Data max be liable to the purchaser for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of
Datamax in the delivery or installation of the computer hardware, supplies or software or in the performance of any
services.
