associ ated with it f or use in p rogramming. Huma n- rea dable fonts have numeric names while b ar c ode f onts have al pha
names.
Fonts
F onts 0 through 8 use t he slash z ero ( Ø) c onvent ions for distinguishing bet ween the zero and t he alphabet ic O. The slash
can be removed with t he label f ormatti ng c ommand z . T hese fonts ar e non- p rop ortional (monospaced): all of the char act ers
t ake up the same a mou nt of sp ace when print ed.
The Triumvirate font number 9 is a proporti onal font ; eac h c har act er will take u p a different amou nt of space when print ed.
