RHYTHM TECH WARRANTY INFORMATION
Rhythm Tech instruments and accessories carry a two year warranty from date of purchase
against manufacturing flaws.
Rhythm Tech requires that all products for warranty replacement be returned to us for review.
Quality is important to us and we use these opportunities to track the manufacture of the products
in question to ensure quality continues to improve.
You can request a return authorization number (RA #) by using our contact form CONTACT and
selecting "Warranty" from the pull down menu. Once you have your RA#, please return the
product to:

Please enclose a copy of your original purchase receipt with your product, as this is vital to
determining the warranty period.
A product will not be replaced if it has been: misplayed, played with excessive force or treated
abusively; bought second hand or used in a lease program; if it has been previously replaced by
Rhythm Tech; or if more than two years have passed since the purchase of the product.
Please package your broken product in a clean box.
Note: Customers outside of the United States must return products directly to the dealer/store
that they purchased them from. The store will, in turn, contact its distributor for replacement.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL RHYTHM TECH INC. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES.
