Parameters
<L2P> a string parameter(string should be included in quotation
marks) that indicates the layer 2 protocol to be used
between the TE and MT:
PPP – Point to Point protocol for a PDP such as IP
Other values are not supported and will result in an ERROR
response to the execution Command.
<cid> a numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP
context definition (see +CGDCONT Command)
1..3 PDP Context Identifier. cid 3 is reserved
and is always defined, it cannot be changed by user.
