Parameters
<cid> a numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context
definition (see +CGDCONT Command)
1..3 Definition stored in non-volatile memory (refer to
+CGDCONT) cid 3 is reserved and is always defined, it
cannot be changed by user.
The following parameter are defined in GSM 03.60
<precedence> a numeric parameter which specifies the precedence class
0 (default) QOS precedence class subscribed value
1..3 QOS precedence class
<delay> a numeric parameter which specifies the delay class
0 (default) QOS delay class subscribed value
1..4 QOS delay class
<reliability> a numeric parameter which specifies the reliability class
0 QOS reliability class subscribed value
