Digium TE120P, TE210P, TE220P, TE410P, TE420P
The Digium TE120P, TE210P, TE220P, TE410P, or TE420P are internal PCI cards
that oer one, two, two, four, or four T-1 digital interfaces respectively (the 120,
220, and 420 are newer versions of the 110, 210, and 410). Follow the steps above in
the section PCI card physical installation if your PCI card is not already
physically installed in your Evolution server. Log in to the web interface and
congure the card using the same information provided for the Digium TE110P but
select T1/PRI-TE120P, T1/PRI-TE210P, T1/PRI-TE220P, T1/PRI-TE410P, or T1/
PRI-TE420P rather than T1/PRI-TE110P. Otherwise the settings are the similar.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms allow multiple internal and/or external callers to talk together on
the same bridged call. Once congured conference rooms may be accessed through
an auto attendant (under Call Routing > Auto Attendant, edit your auto attendant,
set Send Calls To equal to Auto Attendant, and then set Location equal to
ConferenceAdmin), dialing the feature code *10, or by sending incoming calls
directly to the conference system (under Resources > Phone Lines, edit your
Provider, set Send Calls To equal to Auto Attendant, and then set Location equal to
ConferenceAdmin). You can also access a conference room by dialing the
conference room number (for example 14001).
Setting up a new conference:
1. Log on to Evolution and click on the Resources tab and then on the
Conference Rooms menu item.
2. Click New Record at the bottom of the screen. The detail section will expand
and allow you to congure the new conference room.
3. Select an available number from the Conference Room drop-down menu. This
number will be used to reference the specic conference room.
4. Enter a description to help you remember the purpose of this conference room.
5. Enter an access code. This is the password that callers will enter to gain access
to this conference room.
6. Enter an admin code. This is the password that the conference room owner or
administrator will use to control the conference room during the call.
7. Select yes or no to enable or disable this conference room. You may want to
disable conference rooms that are not used frequently and enable them in time
for the conference call. This prevents unauthorized use of the conference room.
8. Secure Conference - if set to No then you will be required to enter the
conference room number and the access code when you dial *10 but you will
automatically have access if you dial the conference room directly (for example
14001). If set to Yes then you will be required to enter the conference room
number and the access code when you dial *10 and you will have to enter the
access code (pin) but not the conference room number if you dial the
conference room directly (14001).
