The Comfort Craft Advantage: Chemical and UV exposure will not affect the state of the top surface
of the mat - No curling up - no swelling - no expanding.
The closed-cell/non-porous surface allows for wash down and cleaning. In case washing is neces-
sary, wash surface with soap water (pH range 2 - 9.5). Anti-static properties assure no hair clinging.
Limited Warranty:
All Comfort Craft products are conditionally warranted against normal salon usage for a period of 5 years after date of
purchase to the original purchaser. It is considered normal usage when a person stands or walks on the Comfort Craft
mat with regular footwear. If you have a problem with spike heel trafc in your salon, you need to purchase our heel-proof
version of Comfort Craft. All warranty claims must be initiated by the end user of the mat and made directly to Ranco
Industries, Inc. Please do not take the product back to the distributor or retailer. If a claim is made, we need 3 photos, a
close up of the damaged area, an image of the entire top surface, and an image of the underside of the mat. We will also
need a copy of the original proof of purchase (invoice), your name, salon name, street address, phone number, and e-mail
address.

STORING AND PACKAGING
Comfort Craft Salon mats should be stored or inventoried
at – mats rolled and boxed should only be inventoried this
way for short periods of time.
Roll the mat with the top surface to the out side – failure to
roll the mat correctly may result in damage to the mat and
will not be covered under warranty.
