tionoftheproductscontainedhereinandwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodof2yearsfrom
thedateofshipment)the“WarrantyPeriod”).There are no warranties which extend beyond these warranties, and Rhino
expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, or arising from operation of law, including but
not limited to, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
WARRANTIES REMEDY: IntheeventthatanyRancoIndustriesproductfailstocomplywiththiswarranty,customermay
returnproducttoRancoIndustries,freightprepaid.Customer’ssoleandexclusiveremedyforthenon-conformanceofany
productwiththeproductdescriptionorfordefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipintheproductwithinthewarrantyperiodshall
be,atRanco’selection,(I)Ranco’srepairorcorrectionofthenon-conformingordefectiveproduct,or(II)Ranco’sfurnishing
customer,withchargeandFOBHouston,TX,withareplacementforthenon-conformingordefectiveproduct,(III)Ranco’s
reimbursementofcustomerforthepurchasepriceofthenon-conformingordefectiveproduct.Rancoshallnotbeliablefor
defectscausedbyabuseormisuseofitsproducts.ExceptforRanco’sdirectcostsinrepairing,correcting,orreplacingany
non-conformingordefectiveproduct,Rancoshallnotbeliableforanyotherexpenseconnectedwiththerepair,correction,or
replacementofanyproductorforanyspecial,exemplary,incidental,orconsequentialdamages.
