• SethumidistatRHsetpointtoTestmode.
• Iffaultreturns,unplugthehumidifier.
• Loosencoverscrewandremovecover.
• Disconnectwaterlevelsensorwiringandliftsnap-hingeclamp
to remove water sensor assembly. See image on page 19.
• Cleanprobesusingwarmsoapywatersothatthemetalis
exposed.
• Reassemblethesensorassemblyintheunit,reattachand
secure cover.
• Plugunitin,andpressRESETbutton.
• Iffaultreappears,replacewatersensorassemblyand/or
solenoid valve.
7 HVAC power not

• EnsureDIP4isONandreattachcover.
• Plugunitin.
• Iffaultreappears,ensurethecircuitbeingusedhasthe
rating to support the unit. Unplug any additional equipment 
plugged into this circuit. If fault disappears, the circuit 
capacity is not properly sized to your unit.
• Iffaultreturns,replaceunit.
