INTRODUCTION SELECTION GUIDE HotWave® multipurpose hose sprayer incorporates multiple spray patterns and tankless electric water heating technology to deliver hot water outdoors whenever and wherever you need it. Safe and easy to use, HotWave provides complete control of water temperature and the water stream, so you can use it on anything from tough jobs like cleaning your patio, to gentler jobs like washing a pet. HotWave includes a power cord and is compatible with a standard garden hose.

The LED will blink when HotWave is starting up. Refer to Start-Up Process section for more information.
OPERATION Continued PREPARING FOR OPERATION Step 1: Connect HotWave water connection to a standard garden hose by twisting the female fitting onto the male end of the hose. Indicator Light on top of HotWave for indication that the heating has begun. This is signaled via a 5 second blinking pattern. After the 5 second blinking pattern, the Power Indicator Light will change to a solid green color and will remain lit as water flows through the device.
STORAGE & MAINTENANCE STORAGE MAINTENANCE When storing HotWave, it is critical to first drain all water from the unit. Follow the SHUT-DOWN procedure noted in the section above. Proper care of your HotWave can extend its life. Regular maintenance is not required. Be sure to purge all air out of HotWave prior to use. Be sure to drain all water from HotWave post use to preserve functionality. HotWave may be stored in a variety of ways, including box, bag, and it can be hung from a wall.
TROUBLESHOOTING Continued NOZZLE SPARE PART KIT (EX78019-01) HOW TO ORDER The nozzle is available for order as a spare part kit and should be replaced as necessary. If the nozzle begins to leak, follow the instructions stated in the TROUBLESHOOTING Leaking Nozzle above. If the steps in that section are properly followed and you continue to experience a leaking nozzle or poor stream, please contact Customer Experience to order a spare part kit (EX78019-01).
TROUBLESHOOTING Continued Q: Why is the green light blinking while the trigger is held down? A: When power is first applied to HotWave, the green light will consistently blink for 5 seconds while water runs through the unit. If green light is sporadically turning on and off, this indicates the flow of water is beginning the heating process. HotWave will detect the water flow varying between sufficient and insufficient. Check for kinks in the garden hose. Next, check the spigot is fully open.
