6. Reconnect the cable to transceiver 1-1 A.
7. Disable transceiver 1-1 B on the “Local”
chassis.
Disconnect the fiber optic cable going to the
receiver of transceiver 1-1 B on the “Local”
chassis.
8. Observe the LEDs on all four chassis.
Table 4-3 shows the LEDs that should be lit
on all four chassis after you complete Step 7.

chassis is shown below (the darkened LEDs
are lit, or ON).
