Other tag considerations are:
• Sensor tag transmissions, signal propagation, and read-range are diminished when sensor tags are
mounted very close to the ground.
• Care should be taken when mounting sensor tags near metal racks, rails, or conveyor belts.
• Sensor tag performance is diminished near water; signals are not propagated through water.
