If after all these checks, the problem persists, contact your
local Service Force Centre, quoting the model and serial
number. This information can be found on the rating plate
located on the right hand side of the dishwasher door (see
picture).
Service and spare parts
This product should be serviced by an authorised Service
engineer, and only genuine spare parts should be used.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the
machine yourself.
Repairs carried out by inexperienced persons may cause
injury or serious malfunctioning. Contact your local
Service Force Centre.
Always insist on genuine spare parts.
Protection against flooding
The machine is fitted with a device in the bottom of the
machine to protect against flooding. The device will operate if
there are any water leaks in the machine, however it will only
operate if the machine is on.
In case of intervention a fault code will appear in the digital
display "AL4". In this case, turn off the water tap and call the
Service Force Centre.
Security system
Inlet hose
The inlet hose has a high pressure resistance. It can sustain
pressures up to 6000 kPa (60 bar), 6 times a normal hose.
As a further safeness, the inlet hose is protected with a
sheathing against eventual damages.
In case of breakage of the inner hose, the water that is in the
hose will become blue, this is visible across the special
transparent sheathing.
In this case turn off the water tap and call the Service Centre.
The inlet hose is also fitted with a safety device to prevent
inadvertent loosening (see "Water supply connections").
