Video Mode: RGB+CVBS
As shown by the + sign, this mode
contains two signals that are sent at
the same time.
Video Mode: RGB
SCART version
This is the standard signal for many
video projectors (Beamers) and
televisions. In this case, the video
signal is represented through the three
primary colours Red (
R), Green (G) and
Blue (
B). These three colour signals
can either be transmitted using the
Revox-SCART cable or a special
SCART-RGB cable.
RCA plug version
This RGB signal can also be received
with the RCA plug version, however a
Sync signal
(also known as a blanking
signal) must also be connected in
addition to the three colour signals.
The assignment of the RGB signal is as
follows:
Sync : Y
Signal Connector
R (red) : C
G (green) : Cb
B (blue) : Cr
Video Mode: CVBS
SCART-Version
Composite Video Burst Sync.
This represents the normal video
signal, which is also sometimes
referred to as FBAS If your television
or monitor only has a video connector
(yellow RCA socket), you can use this
video signal with the corresponding
SCART adapter.
RCA plug version
This signal is also available with the
RCA plug version:
CVBS : Y
