‐Withoutregardtoanallegeddefectofitsproductsthemanufacturer
underanycircumstancesdoesnotassumeresponsibilityforlossof
me,inconvenience,revenue,orotherconsequenaldamagein
cludeing,butnotlimitedto,expensesfortelephone,food,lodging,
travel,lossordamagetothevehicletheproductsareinstalledonor
lossordamagetopersonalpropertyofthepurchaseroruserofthe
products.
‐Themanufacturerreservestherighttomakechangesinthedesignof,
improvementsto,orwarrantyofitsproductswithoutimposingany
obligaonuponitselftoprovidethesameforanyproductsthereto
foremanufactured. 
‐UndernocircumstancesshallRetraxbeliableforspecial,indirect,in‐
cidentalorconsequenaldamagessustainedinconneconwiththe
Retraxcover.

Somestatesdonotallowlimitaonsonhowlongtheimpliedwarrantylasts,so
theaforemenonedlimitaonsmaynotapplytoyou.

ClaimProcedure
Ifapartfails,thepurchasershouldreturntothesellingdealertodetermineifthefailedpartiscov‐
eredunderthetermsofthiswarranty.Ifawarrantyclaimisnecessary,thedealerwillcontactRetrax

returneddamagedproducttoRetrax.Aerdeterminingthevalidityofthewarrantyclaim,Retraxwill
shipareplacementpartprepaidtothecustomer.Laborcoststoreplacedefec
vepartsarethere‐
