adjust rails- only if needed.
Place between Retrax rail and
mounting block.
(6) 1/4-28 x 1” bolts
(6) 1/4” flat washers
(6) T-slot nuts
Measure and mark the top of the factory
tracks for mounting block locations.
Start at the tailgate end of the driver’s
factory track and make a mark at three
locations: At 2-5/8” see Photo1
and 24-3/8” and at (49” on 5'8" RamBox)
Or at (58-3\16" on 6'4" RamBox)
Photo 2 shows all three mounting blocks
installed on drivers rail.
Repeat marking the track on passenger’s side.

Lift the assembled cover into the
bed. Roll the cover
into the canis-
ter and push down firmly on the
rounded end of the lock until it
latches. Using two people, lift the
bed cover by the front of the rails
and two feet to the back. Set the
assembly in place at the
front of
the bed. The rubber weather-
strip on the front cover should lie
on top of the pickup’s rail-pointed
towards the cab.

Assemble and position
mounting blocks. Push
5/16-18 x 1” bolt
through lock washer
and mounting block
and just start to thread
into T-slot nut.
Slide mounting block into
factory track until the rear
of the block is even with the
front mark. Tighten se-
curely with 1/2” wrench.
Repeat with middle and
back mounting blocks.
