of cultural trips. Press 4 to leave a message, together with your telephone or fax

number. Press 0 during this message to hear the options again”.

4. Say, for example, that the caller presses 1. Details of the current Luxor offer are

played back with information on further options:

“Our summer savings offer is a

14-day luxury trip to Luxor ... if you would like to hear further information, please

press 0. Thank you for your interest”

5. If 0 is pressed during an announcement, the menu selection recommences. If a

different number is pressed, the equipment switches to another voice message.

6. Pressing the number 4 gives the caller the option to leave a message.

Settings

Initial state

Record a greeting message - as shown in the above example or as described in

chapter “Recording outgoing messages”. Here, select e. g. OGM “1”. The necessary

settings are described in detail in scenario 1. Take care that after having spoken your

message, press the OGM button and keep it pressed for several seconds. This is im-

portant as the caller listening to your announcement later must have enough time at

disposal to dial a specific target number.

Menu item “mailboxes”

Press the menu button. The display shows the main menu.

Use the control buttons (upwards/

downwards) to look for the option

“mailboxes”.

Press the select button next to

“mailboxes”.

The display shows the set-up menu for

the mailboxes.

Press the select button next to

“activate”.

Select “yes”. Mailbox 1 is active.

Press the select button next to the

mailbox symbol.

Here, select mailbox “2”.

Press the select button next to

“activate”.

Select “yes”. Mailbox 2 is active.

mailbox 4.)
