Quit the menu. Press the “stop” button several times
until the display resumes the initial state.
Press the time control button. The display shows a watch symbol to in-
dicate that the time control is active. The
time control manages the current func-
tion status.
To deactivate the time control,
press the time control button again.
The watch symbol is no longer dis-
played.
Menu item “mailboxes”
As already described in the first ex-
ample “automatic attendant”, you
will have to activate the mailboxes
and record the corresponding mes-
sages e. g. for SALES (mailbox 1),
Despatch (mailbox 2) Service
(mailbox 3) - should this have not
been taken out earlier.

In the initial state, the display shows
three envelopes. Each of this envelope
stands for a mailbox.
In the initial state, press the
“answering mode” button so that a
red light indicates the activation.
You will see “1” in the display (bottom
right) if OGM 1 had been selected. You
will see “2” if OGM 2 had been selected.
In addition to that, you will see the sym-
bol for greeting and call transfer or the
symbol for the answering mode - de-
pending on which OGM is active. The
voice mail system is active in connection
with the automatic attendant.
