Menu item “time control”
Press the menu button. The display shows the main menu.
Press the select button next to time
control.
The input field for the first switching time
is displayed. (Next to the X displayed on
the top right side, you will see “1”.)
Press the select button next to the
time.
The first digit for the time entry starts
flashing. Use the control buttons
(upwards/downwards) to set “9.00” as
the first switching time.
Use the control buttons (left/right)
to switch to the hours, minutes and
weekdays you want to set as target
switching times.
Move to the weekdays and take out the
settings. A hyphen for “MO” as an exam-
ple means that the switching time will not
be executed on Mondays. In our exam-
ple, we retain the entry from “MO”-“SU”.
Press the select button next to the
handset symbol and activate the
answering mode using the control
buttons (upwards/downwards).

Press the select button next to the
OGM symbol and select OGM 1 via
the control buttons (upwards/down-
wards).

= OGM: “1”
Press STOP to confirm the switch-
ing times.
The settings are taken over.
Use the control button (down-
wards) to enter the second switch-
ing time.
In the very top line, you will see “2” next
to the “X” symbol.
Here, enter the time (18.00 hrs.) ac-
cording to the above procedure. The
weekdays remain unchanged.

Result of the first and second switching time:
OGM 1 is activated (in our example, this is a greeting and call transfer message)
between 9.00 and 18.00 hrs. from Monday to Sunday.
OGM 2 is activated between 18.00 and 9.00 hrs (in our example a greeting and voice
mail message).
