You can take out desired changes
or adjustments using the control
buttons (upwards/downwards).
Here, enter the first extension number to
which the caller shall be connected to.

message and gets the information “...
Please press “1” to be connected to the
sales department ....”, it must be made
sure that the sales department's exten-
sion number is programmed correspon-
dingly.
As for settings with more than one
digit, use the control buttons (right/
left) to move the cursor.
Press the stop button to complete
the entry.
The input position stops flashing.
Press the select button next to
“target number 2”.
Here, enter the second extension number
to which the caller shall be connected to.
Proceed as described above.
Press the select button next to
“target number 3”.
Here, enter the third extension number to
which the caller shall be connected to.
Proceed as described above.
Quit the menu. Press the “stop” button several times
until the display resumes the initial state.
Menu item “mailboxes”
Press the menu button. The display shows the main menu.
Use the control buttons (upwards/
downwards) to look for the option
“mailboxes”.
Press the select button next to
“mailboxes”.
The display shows the set-up menu for
the mailboxes.
Press the select button next to
“activate”.
Select “yes”. Mailbox 1 is active.
Press the select button next to
“mailbox”.
Select mailbox 2 and activate it as de-
scribed above. Repeat the process for
mailbox 3.
