Greeting and call transfer

Press the select button next to the
setting that you wish to change.
The input position flashes.
Change the setting with the control
buttons (upwards/downwards).
The display shows the current setting.
If a setting consists of more than
one digit move the input position
around with the control buttons
(right/left).
The chosen input position flashes.
To finish input press the select
button next to the relevant text.
The input position stops to flash.
To leave the menu press Stop sev-
eral times.
The default display appears again.
Examples of greeting and call transfer
Queuing system:
Welcome to company ... All our lines are busy at the moment. Please wait, we will
transfer you as soon possible to a free extension.
Greeting and call transfer:
Hello, you are connected to the Service-Hotline of company ... We will now transfer
you to a free extension.
Automatic attendant:
Welcome to company ... If you wish to place an order please press 1, if you require
information about a product press 2, ... You haven’t made a choice, please wait
whilst we transfer you to the operator.
