Mailboxes

Mailbox handling

When you have installed mailboxes, the corresponding symbols are shown in the

display. During the answering mode, the number of recorded incoming mailbox

messages is displayed on the right side of the symbol. For new mailbox messages,

the mailbox symbol is displayed inversely. The mailboxes provide the functions for

playback and deleting of incoming messages. In addition to that, two-way conversa-

tion recording/personal information (dictate) and outgoing messages are included.

These functions are all described in detail in the last chapters. As there is only one

outgoing message available per mailbox, you do not have any option to exchange

OGMs.
