Use the two select buttons (bottom
side) and the arrow buttons (left/
right) to select the function to be
executed.
The symbols stand for:
t
= Answering mode
o
= Outgoing message
n
= Message transfer
r
= Call transfer
Use the arrow buttons (up/down) to
set the desired state or parameters.
“–” means that the current status is re-
mains unchanged.
To delete a programmed switching
time, press the select button next to
the delete symbol.
The display shows the empty entry field
again.

To delete all the time control pa-
rameters, press the select button
next to the delete symbol for 2
seconds.
All switching times are deleted.
Press the stop button to enter fur-
ther switching times.
The parameters are accepted.
To end the entry process, press
stop several times.
The display goes back to the initial state.
Example of time control settings
Your tiptel 345 pro shall turn itself on every day from Monday to Friday answering
calls with outgoing message 1. The active time interval shall be from 17:00 hrs to
08:00 hrs. After office hours on Fridays and during weekends, the device shall an-
swer calls with outgoing message 2 and shall be in the answering mode 24h a day.
The above request can be covered by programming 3 different switching times.
