Personal information (dictation)
Personal information can be dictated directly via the built-in microphone. The length
of the recording can be between 3 seconds and 12 minutes.
Press the select button next to the
symbol for “recording”.
Wait until you hear a brief tone, the dis-
play shows a microphone symbol which
indicates the readiness for recording.
Start dictating (keep a distance of
about 25 cm to the microphone).
The display shows the duration of your
recording in minutes and seconds.
Press the stop button to end the re-
cording.
The recording is stopped. The answering
mode button flashes to indicate a new
message. If the answering mode was
active before recording, the counter is in-
creased by one.

You have the option to give a personal information during the answering mode.
Other people then have the possibility to retrieve this information using the re-
mote control code.
