Honeywell Aquapump

3-speed Circulation Pumps

APPLICATION

The PC3F in-line, wet rotor circulator with universal flange is

designed for applications in closed-loop hydronic heating and

cooling systems, as well as in solar-powered systems. The

pump is non-submersible and for use in dry, frost-free, well-

ventilated installations.

Up to 50% glycol may be used, but flow characteristics will

differ from these specifications as the fluid may be more

viscous.

If it does not turn easily, disassemble and reassemble the unit again. • The pump may be installed to discharge up or down, left or right, but the motor shaft must be horizontal. • An arrow on the motor housing indicates the direction of flow (see Fig. 5). Then, when all air is vented, close the air vent screw by screwing it clockwise back into place. N (NEUTRAL) L (LINE, HOT) GROUND WARNING Risk of scalding/burning Depending on water temperature and pressure of the system, hot vapor or liquid can escape if the air vent screw is completely loosened.

Modification de la position du conduit (optionnelle) • Placer la pompe dans un endroit présentant un espace suffisant pour l’installation et l’entretien. Il est recommandé d’installer des brides et des vannes de service (non incluses) de chaque côté de la pompe pour permettre un entretien sans avoir à purger le système.

Vérifier qu’il n’y a pas de fuites. • Tourner la vis d’évent d’air au milieu du boîtier en sens antihoraire jusqu'à entendre l’air s’échapper du système. Un vieux chiffon placé sous les ouvertures d'aération aidera à ramasser l'eau. • Mettre la pompe en marche avec l'évent d'air ouvert. De l’eau s’égoutte par les orifices d’évent d’air.

Cambio de la posición del conducto (opcional) • Coloque la bomba en un lugar con suficiente espacio para la instalación y el mantenimiento. Lo recomendable es instalar bridas y válvulas de servicio (no incluidas) en ambos extremos de la bomba para poder realizar el servicio de mantenimiento sin vaciar el sistema.

BOMBAS DE CIRCULACIÓN DE 3 VELOCIDADES AQUAPUMP DE HONEYWELL • Abra las válvulas de servicio de ambos lados de la bomba para llenar con agua el sistema. Revise si hay fugas. • Gire el tornillo del purgador ubicado en el centro de la carcasa en sentido antihorario hasta escuchar que se libera el aire del sistema. Colocar un paño debajo de los orificios de ventilación contribuirá a recoger el agua. • Ponga en funcionamiento la bomba con el purgador abierto. Goteará agua desde los orificios del purgador.
