When setting up ReplayTV, the cor-
rect cable company does not appear
as a menu item in Setup.
Contact ReplayTV Customer Care by phone at (800) 933-5899. Please provide the following information: 1)
Complex name (if applicable), 2) City, 3) State, 4) ZIP code, 5) Cable Providers Name, 6) Cable Provider contact
information, and 7) Problem description. In most cases, the correct information can be added to the ReplayTV Ser-
vice database within 48 hours.
The ReplayTV remote does not
respond when I press a button.
Replace the batteries in the remote control with 2 new AA batteries.
Unplug the power cable for 1 minute then plug it back in.
Some of my jpeg photos do not dis-
play.
Open the jpeg file in another program and save it again.
Verify that the jpeg is not progressive jpeg. This format is not supported.
Some channel or show information
in the Channel Guide is incorrect.
There may be another channel lineup that’s a better fit. Go to Setup and select the input you configured for your
cable or satellite connection. Continue until you get to the list of channel lineups. Follow the on-screen instruc-
tions to view the list of channels associated with each lineup.
Contact Customer Care with the following information: Cable or Satellite company’s name, Type of Service (dig-
ital, analog, etc.), Provider’s phone number, city, state, zip, Apartment Complex name (if applicable), Specific
examples of incorrect channels or information. The Channel Guide can be updated in a few days.
