Addional Instrucons for Rebar Cuer
(Rebar Bender/Cuer Model)
1. Safety
1. Keep body parts well clear of cung blocks when machine is switched on.
2. Never aempt to cut rebar outside of models prescribed diameter range (refer to table in
Specicaons & Parts secon).
3. Do not cut short lengths.
4. Inspect cuer before each use (refer to Maintenance secon). Do not use when quality has
been compromised.
5. Beware of ejected objects during the cung process. Always wear approved safety glasses.
6. Use protecve gloves when cleaning machine or handling cuer blocks as edges are very sharp.
7. Do not touch pump housing aer use as it will be hot. Wait for machine to cool.
8. Where available, safety guard should be installed.
2. Cuer Parts
Note: Safety guard installaon - use bolts supplied with safety guard to securely replace
exisng cuer block bolts, ensuring safety guard covers bar ejecon zone.
