8. Troubleshooting
WARNING!
Before carrying out any troubleshooting measures according to the below instructions, make
sure the device is switched o, disconnected from the mains and has cooled down completely.
Keep the device away from children and pets!
The product does not turn on
• Check if the mains plug has been connected properly. Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet
and plug it back in after 10 seconds.
• Makesurethewallsocketislive.Plugadierentdeviceintothepoweroutlet.Iftheproductdoesnot
turn on, consult an electrician.
Poor suction power
• Check if the dust bag is full and replace it if necessary.
• Check if the tube, hose or other accessories are blocked. If so, remove the cause accordingly.
• Cleanorreplacethelter.
The motor creates abnormal noise
• Stop using the device immediately.
• Check if the tube, hose or other accessories are blocked. If so, remove the cause accordingly. If the
