Printingstopsduringtheprocess:
• Checkthesettingsofyourcomputer.Itmustnotswitchtostandbymodewhileprinting(energyoptionsettings)orsimplyshutdown(instal-
lation of software or software updates during printing).
• Theprintingtableanditsguidemustnotbeinstalledtensed.Inthiscase,loosenallscrews,alignthepartsandtightenthescrewsagain.
Theprintedobjectdoesnotadheretotheprintingplate:
• Usetheenclosedadhesivelm(onlyinthemakerconstructionkit)ortheenclosedgluestick(onlyforthepreassembleddevice).Thisin-
creasesadhesionoftheprintedobjectontheprintingplate.Youcanalsousecleaningtapeoraslightlystructuredmaskingtapeaswellas
Kaptonmaskingtapeorblueadhesivemaskingtape(Conradorderno.1093104).
• Thereareresiduesontheprintingplatethatpreventadhesionoftheobject.Rubtheprintingplatewithasoftcloththatissoakedwitha
solvent(e.g.acetone).Ifyouareusingtheadhesivelm,usenoaggressivecleaningagentsforthis.
Theprintedobjectdoesnotadheretotheprintingplate(onlyinthepreassembleddeviceorwhenusingtheoptionallyavailable
heatingplatekit):
• Ifyouareusingtheheatingplate,thetemperatureoftheheatingplatemaybesetincorrectly.Experimentwiththetemperaturesettingsin
stepsof5°Cforaprefectprintresult.
• Whenprintingproblematicobjects,itisbenecialtolettheoptionalheatingplateheatupforapprox.15minutesbeforeprinting.
• Checkwhethertheheating(redfoammaterial)adherescleanlytotheceramicsprintingplate.Itmustnotcomeloose(evenpartially).Ifthis
isthecase,thetemperaturedistributionoftheheatingplateisinsufcientandtheprintedobjectscannotadherewell.
• Theheatingplatehasnotreachedthesettemperatureyet.
Theprintedobjectcannotberemovedfromtheheatingplate(onlyinthepreassembleddeviceorwhenusingtheoptionallyavailable
heatingplatekit):
• Ifyouareusingtheheatingplate,waituntilithascooledofftobelow40°C.
• Useaglassscraperoraknifetoremovetheobject.
Repairsotherthanthosedescribedaboveshouldonlybecarriedoutbyanauthorisedspecialist.
