12. Care and cleaning
a) General information
• There are no serviceable parts in the domestic water supply, so never open or disassemble it. Any maintenance or
repair and the ensuing opening of the domestic water supply may only be carried out by an expert or a specialist
workshop.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the domestic water supply from the mains voltage, unplug the mains plug from the
mains socket.
• To clean the outside of the domestic water supply, a clean, soft cloth is sufcient.
• Dry the domestic water supply and the power cord before storing the product in a dry, clean and frost-free place.
Turn the plastic covers into the suction and drain openings.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions for cleaning as these may
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
b) Check and adjust the pressure in the pressure vessel

1.8 - 2.0 bar
• A pressure of 1.8 - 2.0 bar must be present in the
pressure vessel to ensure the switch on/off of the
pressure switch.
• Turn the cap on the pressure vessel counterclockwise
until it can be removed.
• You can measure the pressure via the valve using a
suitable pressure gauge.
• The pressure can be adjusted correctly using an air
pump or a compressor.

• Replace the cap and turn it to the right manually.
• After the operation or emptying, a small residual amount of water may remain in the domestic water supply.
Therefore, when storing or transporting the pump in a vehicle, use an appropriate mat.
