b) Use with an External DMX Controller
EachDMXdeviceinaDMXchainrequiresaso-calledDMXstartingaddresstobeclearlyidentiedbythe
controller. This DMX starting address specifies the first DMX channel to which the eect light responds.
The remaining control channels come after this first DMX channel (DMX starting address).
Theeectlightrequires4,6or8freeDMXchannelsdependingonDMXoperatingmode.
Setting the DMX starting address
• SetthedesiredDMXstartingaddress(A001-A512)inthemenuAddr.
Setting the DMX operating mode
• SetthedesirednumberofDMXchannelswiththeoption4CH/6CH/8CHinthemenuCHnd.
