•  Take note of extruder position.
•  Remove extruder from the extruder 
carriage.
•  Align replacement extruder with holes in 
the extruder carriage.
•  Bolt extruder down with screw removed in 
step 8.

•  Insert and tighten screw you removed in 
step 7.
•  Reconnect cables.

•  Slide the protective case over the extruder.
•  Insert and tighten the screw you removed 
in step 4.
•  Insert and tighten screw again you removed 
in step 3.

•  Reconnect the power cable.
•  Switch the 3D printer on.
•  Calibrate build bed as usual (for details 
refer to RF100 operating instructions).
The extruder unit is equipped with a 0.4 nozzle mm. In “Cura“ software the “Nozzle 
size“ in “Basic“ settings is set to “0.4 mm“ (default setting). Before printing, ensure 
the correct “Nozzle size“ is set.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the 
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to 
the relevant statutory regulations. 
You thus full your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
