• Remove the lament residues from the plastic tube
with the tweezers.
• Carefully push a metal wire through the plastic tube
to remove stubborn lament residues. Make sure that
the plastic tube is not damaged!
• Lock the nozzle holder with the adjustable spanner (3).
Insert the plastic tube back to the nozzle holder by
using the pliers. Press the plastic tube carefully until
it stops (!).

• Tighten the nozzle (1) (in a clockwise direction) with
a open-ended spanner (2). While you do so, make
sure you lock the nozzle holder against twisting with
the adjustable spanner (3).
• Connect the power cable.
• Switch the 3D printer on.
• Repeat step 3 to 5 in this chapter in order to heat the
nozzle.
