9. Press the On/O button (24) to turn the coee machine on and start the brewing cycle. The LED
indicator (25) turns on.
- Pause the brewing cycle by pressing the On/O button. Press the button again to resume brewing.
- You can end the brewing cycle at any time by pressing the On/O button.
10. Coeewillstarttodripintothecoeepotsoonafterthebrewingcyclebegins.Thecoeeinthecoee
pot is kept warm by the hotplate.
- A full cycle takes approx. 10 minutes with a full tank.
11. Thedripstop(15)allowsyoutoservecoeeduringthebrewingcycle.Toservecoeeduringthe
brewingcycle,simplyremovethecoeepot.
- Donotwaitfortoolong(max.30seconds)beforeputtingthecoeepotbackontothehotplatein
order to prevent spillage.
- This constitutes a burning hazard!Onlyholdthecoeepotusingthehandle(14).
- Caution!Becarefulnottotiltthecoeepottoomuchwhenitisfull.Coeemayspillandcause
burn injuries.
12. Ifallthewaterhasrunthroughthelter,turnthecoeemachineobypressingtheOn/O button
- Ifyouwanttokeepthecoeewarm,donotturnthemachineoandplacethecoeepotonthe
hotplate.
- Thecoeemachineandthehotplatewillturnoautomaticallyafter40minutes.
13. Removethemainsplugfromthemainssocketafteruseandletthecoeemachinecooldown.
11. Setting the time and using the timer
Youmustplugthecoeemachineintothemainsbeforeyoucansetthetimeorusethetimer.If
the power supply is interrupted for more than 10 seconds, the saved time values will be deleted
and you will need to reset the time.
a) Setting the time
1. Keep pressing the Program button (23) until "CLOCK" appears on the LCD display.
2. Use the Hour (21) and Minute (22) buttons to set the hour and minute values.
- Press and hold the Hour and Minute buttons to scroll through the hour/minute values quickly.
3. Wait until "CLOCK" disappears from the display or press the Program button. The time is now set.
b) Timer function
