• Always replace the entire set of batteries/rechargea-

ble batteries, only use batteries/rechargeable batter-

ies of the same type and by the same manufacturer

with the same charge status (do not mix charged

with partially charged or empty batteries/recharge-

able batteries).

• Never mix batteries and rechargeable batteries. Use

either batteries or rechargeable batteries.

• For proper disposal of batteries and rechargeable

batteries, please read the chapter “Disposal”.

It is possible to operate the thermo logger with

rechargeable batteries. However, the lower volt-

age (battery = 1.5 V, rechargeable battery = 1.2 V)

causes the operating duration and display contrast

to reduce strongly.

We therefore recommend not operating the prod-

uct with rechargeable batteries, but only with high-

quality alkaline batteries to warrant long and secure

function.
