Assembly
Attention, important!
If you do not have the expertise to install the device correctly, please con-
tact an expert or a specialist workshop and let them carry it out!
A suitable measuring device is necessary for the optimal setting of a satel-
lite antenna with the LNB for digital TV/radio reception installed inside.
Install the LNB to the appropriate bracket (feed reception) of your satellite antenna.
The bracket must accordingly have an opening diameter of 40 mm.
The round side of the LNB must point towards the satellite antenna. Furthermore,
make sure that the LNB connectors point down.
There is a degree indicator on the side of the LNB. The LNB is to be rotated
depending on your location and the satellite you would like to receive.
Connection
An SAT receiver can be directly connected at each of the two outputs of the twin LNB.
Obviously, it is also possible to connect a single SAT receiver with twin tuner.
It is not possible to operate the twin LNB in connection with a multi-switch.
Connect each outlet of the twin LNB with the input of your satellite receiver via a suit-
able antenna cable and corresponding F plug.
It is absolutely necessary to use a high-quality, doubly shielded antenna ca-
ble suitable for satellite signals so that the signals of the LNB are optimally
routed.
If the cable between the LNB and the satellite receiver is very long, make
sure that the cable has a low damping.
The F-plug that is used to connect to the LNB must be suitable for operating
outdoors so that no moisture can penetrate.
In every case, connect two cables to the twin LNB and lay them in the inte-
rior of the building, even if you want to connect only a single user to the LNB.
Slide the weatherproofing plastic cover of the LNB over the two F-plugs. This provides
them additional protection from precipitation.
Disposal
The product must not be disposed of in the household waste.
Please dispose of the product at the end of its service life according to the
current statutory requirements.
