1. Introduction Dear customer, Thank you for purchasing this product. This product complies with the statutory national and European requirements. To maintain this status and to ensure safe operation, you as the user must observe these operating instructions! These operating instructions are part of this product. They contain important notes on commissioning and handling. Also consider this if you pass on the product to any third party.
Independent converter. The converter is designed to operate lights without additional covers or safety measures. This symbol reminds you to read the operating instructions included with the product. 3. Intended use This product is designed for use as a decorative indoor lamp. The LED strip is powered by a 12 V/DC voltage. It must only be operated with the power adapter that is included with the product.

If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee. a) General information • The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
b) Persons and product • Refer to the safety information and operating instructions for other devices (such as remote-controlled sockets and timers) when connecting such devices to the light. • Before connecting to the mains, make sure that your local AC mains voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate. Never attempt to operate the product using another type of voltage, as this may destroy the product. • Never cover the product. The surface may get hot during use.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This poses a risk of injury. • For safety reasons, disconnect the power adapter from the mains socket during storms. • Attention, LED light: -- Do not look directly into the LED light! -- Do not look into the beam directly or with optical instruments! 7.
9. Mounting and connection Read the information in the "Preparation for mounting" section. The conductors must not be damaged or interrupted when mounting the LED strip! When mounting the LED strip on metal surfaces, the mounting surface should be isolated from the LED strip (1) to prevent short circuits on exposed solder contacts. • Take precautions against electrostatic discharges (ESD) when mounting the product.

Maintenance and cleaning Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the housing or even impair the functioning of the product. • You do not need to carry out maintenance work on the product. The SMD LEDs are not replaceable. • Regularly check the product for damage, e.g. damage to the coating on the LED strip or the housing. • Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
