f) Operation with an external DMX
Each DMX device of a DMX chain requires a so-called DMX start address in order to be clearly identified
by the controller. This DMX start address defines the first DMX channel to which responds the lighting
effect device. The other control channels follow on this first DMX channel (DMX start address).
The light effect device occupies 4 DMX channels.
Setting the DMX start address
• Press the MENU key as often as is necessary until Addr appears in the display.
• Press the ENTER key.
• Select the desired A001-A512 start address with the key UP, respectively DOWN. Press and hold the +
or - key to carry out accelerated the address setting.
The following tables provide information about the effects of the settings on the individual DMX channels.
