Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde!
Aufgrund einer Produkt-Überarbeitung haben sich einige Änderungen ergeben. Bitte beachten Sie
dieses Hinweisblatt zusätzlich zur beiliegenden Hauptanleitung des Produkts.
Kapitel 3: Infos zur Sprachausgabe der Box wurden ergänzt.
Dieses EZCast Produkt basiert auf der beliebten EZCast App.
Mithilfe der renkCast Musik Box können Sie Audiodateien per integriertem WiFi direkt auf einem
über die Stereo-Anschlussbuchse verbundenen Lautsprechersystem ab¬spielen (z.B. Surround
System, konventionelle Lautsprecher).
Dabei werden Analog Stereo und SPDIF 5.1 als Ausgangsschnittstellen unterstützt.
Alle gängigen Audioformate wie z.B. MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC oder WMA werden un¬terstützt.
Auch eine Reihe von WiFi-Übertragungsstandards wie Miracast, DLNA oder AirPlay werden un-
terstützt.
Zudem verfügt das EZCast Produkt über eine Sprachausgabe zur Information über den aktuellen
Status. (z.B. Verbindung zum WLAN-Netz)
Diese ist auf Deutsch voreingestellt.

Audio-Anschlussmöglichkeiten (auf der Anschlussseite von links nach rechts, entsprechend am
Gerät gekennzeichnet):
• Reset-Taste
• USB-Anschluss (z.B. Notebook, Smartphone, Tablet, MP3-Player)
• Optischer Eingang (opt. Anschlusskabel beiliegend)
• AUX-Eingang (Stereo-Anschlusskabel beiliegend)
• rechts davon: oben beschriebener Micro-USB-Anschluss
Kapitel 8: Hinweis auf Updates
• Nach erfolgter Installation auch auf evtl. vorhandene Updates achten bzw. in Smart¬phone-
Einstellungen „Automatische Suche nach Updates“ aktivieren. Somit ist sichergestellt, dass die
App immer auf dem aktuellen Stand ist.

Dear Customer,
There are a few changes due to a product redesign. Please observe this information sheet in
addition to the enclosed main instructions of the product.
Chapter 3: Information for speech output of the box have been added.
This EZCast product is based on the popular EZCast App.
Using the renkCast Musik Box, you can play audio files via integrated Wi-Fi directly on a loudspea-
ker system connected to the stereo jack (e.g. Surround Sound, conventional loudspeaker).
Analogue stereo and SPDIF 5.1 are supported as output interfaces.
All common audio formats, such as MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC or WMA are supported.
A number of WiFi transmission standards such as Miracast, DLNA or AirPlay are supported.
In addition, the EZCast product has a voice output to provide information about the current status.
(E.g. connection to the Wi-Fi network)

Chapter 8: Recalling Updates
• Once installed pay attention on any existing updates or enable „Automatically search for up-
dates“ in smartphone settings. Thus, it is ensured that the app is always up to date.
