12.4.8 Initializing real-time counter
The procedure for initializing the real-time counter is shown below.

RTCDIV interrupt disable processing
RTC1HZ interrupt disable processing
RTCCL interrupt disable processing
RC1CC3.CLOE2 bit = 0
RC1CC1.CLOE1 bit = 0
RC1CC1.CLOE0 bit = 0
Clearing RTCnIF flag
Clears interrupt request bit.
Clearing RTCnMK flag Unmasks interrupt signal (INTRTCn).
