27.4.2 Communication mode
Communication between the dedicated flash programmer and the V850ES/JG3 is performed by serial communication
using the UARTA0, CSIB0, or CSIB3 interfaces of the V850ES/JG3.
(1) UARTA0
Transfer rate: 9,600 to 153,600 bps
