CAUTION
Use an IC149-120-043-B5 socket (manufactured by
YAMAICHI ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd) for the TFP-120 package
IC socket on the user system.
Figure 1 shows the configuration of the HS2215ECN61H user system interface cable for the
TFP-120 package.
