(c) Measurement items
Items are measured in the [Performance Analysis] dialog box for each channel from Ch1 to
Ch4. A maximum of four conditions can be specified at the same time. Table 2.9 shows the
measurement items. (Options in table 2.9 are parameters for <mode> of the
PERFORMANCE_SET command. They are displayed in CONDITION of the [Performance
Analysis] window.)
