6.10 Executing the Program
Execute the program as described in the following:
Since the [Go] check box under [Synchronization options] in the [Synchronized debug] dialog
box is selected, execute the program by selecting [Go] from the [Debug] menu of the High-
performance Embedded Workshop for either CPU0 or CPU1, and then selecting [Go] from
the [Debug] menu or selecting the [Go] button on the toolbar of the High-performance
Embedded Workshop for CPU1.

Once program execution has started, ‘**RUNNING’ will be displayed on the status bar. The
program will be executed up to any breakpoint that has been set in the High-performance
Embedded Workshop for CPU1. Since synchronized breaking is enabled (All debuggers
synchronized, Break/Program Halt check box under Synchronization options selected), the
High-performance Embedded Workshops for CPU0 and CPU1 will break at the same time.
An arrow will be displayed in the [S/W breakpoint] column to indicate the position where the
program was suspended, and the message [BREAKPOINT] in the status bar.
Notes: 1. When the source file is displayed after a break, a path of the source file may be
inquired. The location of the source file is as follows:

2. If program execution is failed, select [Reset CPU] from the [Debug] menu, reset the
device, and restart the procedure from figure 6.8.
