Rise and fall time compensation.

If the transfer rate is specified in bits per second, the high-level and low-level durations can be

adjusted to allow for application-dependent rise and fall times. If unsure, use 0.

Valid from 0 to 65535.

The SCL fall time in nanoseconds.

Valid from 0 to 65535.
