3.6.1 A/D converter characteristics
Note 1. Excludes quantization error (±1/2 LSB).
Note 2. This value is indicated as a ratio (%FSR) to the full-scale value.
Note 3. When AVREFP < VDD, the MAX. values are as follows.
Overall error: Add ±1.0 LSB to the MAX. value when AV
REFP = VDD.
Zero-scale error/Full-scale error: Add ±0.05%FSR to the MAX. value when AV
REFP = VDD.
